How do I register for a Wholesale Account?

To register your interest you must sign up using the form below, and once filled in it will
be sent in for approval.

When authorised you’ll be able to log back in and view the whole store at wholesale prices.
Place your order as normal and checkout – there is no money taken at the checkout.

Once your order is placed we will then email you back and update your order with a Pro-Forma
Invoice that will include the total price of goods, shipping price (no free shipping) and
details on how to make the money transfer.

Email us back when you have made payment and once your payment has been cleared and
authorised we will then finalise and ship out your order. Any tracking numbers will be
provided on your initial order as well as your email once completed.

How long do I have to wait until I can gain access?

We aim to respond to wholesale accounts within five working days of submitting your
registration. If you do not hear back from us please email us at
wholesale@bestseedsdirect.shop and we will chase it up.

Where are wholesale orders shipped from?

All wholesale orders placed on this website www.dnagenetics.shop will be shipped from our
Warehouse in California in the United States of America. (Please be aware that any
international orders are liable to import duty and other taxes.)
